Part Three: Your Solution like “Modest Proposal,” create a radical solution to the problem. But you want to be convincing. It can be as far fetched as you like but you must connect it to research to make it believable. Swift suggest eating children of the poor to end poverty and showed how it would improve the situation. You just need to go a step further and find something (anything) to support your radical solution.
So again, your solution should be more then "kill them." That never plays well with the general masses. It needs to be creative. It should also improve other problems. Swift talk about making the country richer, improving exports, improving the food of their country, etc. Your solution should not only fix your problem but fix or improve other situations.
Your final portion should explain your plan and how you plan on achieving it. It should also outline other areas it will improve. If you review the final two pages of Swift's plan, you may format your final portion of this assignment in a similar manner.
